FujiFlow is an iPhone app for people who shoot with Fujifilm cameras. It keeps your film recipes, turns a photo into a share card, and shows a tested camera’s live view on your phone.

In the app
Open Settings > Help > Report a problem. Nothing is sent until you tap Send report, and you see what is in it first.
By email
Write to fujiflow@tahat.info. Tell us your camera model and firmware, how it was connected (USB cable or Wi-Fi), your iPhone model and iOS version, and what happened.

Which setting does my camera need for a USB cable?
It depends on what you want to do, and you set it in the camera’s own menu:
- Recipes: USB RAW CONV./BACKUP RESTORE.
- Monitor (live view): USB TETHER SHOOTING AUTO.
When you plug a camera in, FujiFlow tells you which setting it found and which one to choose. In version 1.0, reading and sending recipes by cable is switched off while it is being tested on each camera, so the Monitor setting is the one you need today.
The camera does not appear, or the picture does not start
Check these in order:
- The camera is on, and the iPhone is unlocked.
- For a cable: the camera’s USB setting is the one in the question above.
- For Wi-Fi: Bluetooth and Local Network are allowed for FujiFlow in the iPhone’s Settings. iOS asks before FujiFlow joins the camera’s network.
- On the X-M5, USB RAW CONV./BACKUP RESTORE does not allow live view; use USB TETHER SHOOTING AUTO for the Monitor.
If it still fails, send a problem report from the app (see above) and tell us the camera and its firmware.
What does “tested cameras” mean?
It means we attached that exact model, with that firmware, in that connection mode, and wrote down what happened. A result on one firmware says nothing about another, and a result on one model says nothing about the next. The list is below, with the date and what was tried. Anything not on it has not been tested.
Can FujiFlow harm my camera?
FujiFlow only sends your camera values that the camera itself lists as allowed. It does not send anything the camera did not offer. Even so, it changes settings stored in your camera, and cameras differ by model, firmware and connection mode.
Back up your camera’s settings before you let any app change them. Do not use the controls when a shot you cannot repeat is at stake. Twice in our own testing an X-M5 froze during a Wi-Fi session in which the app was changing settings; we have not established the cause.
Where does a problem report go?
When you tap Send report, the app saves the report into FujiFlow’s own iCloud container, which Apple runs. We run no server of our own for it. If you are not signed in to iCloud you can choose “Send it another way”, which prepares an email to us or opens the share sheet.
A report holds the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, the last steps the app took (in the app’s own fixed words, no recipe or photo names), the camera model and connection if one was in use, and anything you type. The privacy policy has the full list.
How do I delete my community profile?
In the app: Settings > Community > Delete my community profile. This removes your name, title, line, links and picture, and every recipe and photograph you shared, for everyone. It cannot be undone. Your recipes in your own library stay.
To have a problem report deleted, write to us with its code.
Do I need an account?
No. FujiFlow has no account of its own. An iCloud sign-in is needed to send a problem report from the app and to share, like, save or follow in the community. Reading the community needs no account.
Tested cameras
Live view over Wi-Fi from the iPhone, up to 4 min 39 s at about 30 frames per second, nothing lost. Live view over the USB cable (USB TETHER SHOOTING AUTO). In movie mode over the cable, ISO, shutter, movie format, frame rate and focus mode were each accepted by the camera.
Not established: the camera froze twice during Wi-Fi sessions in which the app was changing settings (13 and 21 September); the cause is unknown. Iris, white balance, face and eye detection were tried from a computer only.
Live view over Wi-Fi from the iPhone, up to 23 minutes, nothing lost. Camera settings were read over the USB cable from a computer.
Not established: the picture pauses for about a second, roughly once every five seconds, on this body. Exposure controls were not tried on it.
Custom slots read from the iPhone over USB. A 10-second live picture over the cable, three runs, no error. In a short hands-on session, shutter, film simulation, ISO and focus mode were accepted by the camera.
Not established: during that session the camera disconnected and reappeared once, for an unknown reason. Wi-Fi, other firmware and other USB modes were not tried.
Custom slots read from the iPhone over USB. A 10-second live picture over the cable, then 39 seconds in the Monitor. In a short hands-on session, face detection and focus mode were accepted by the camera.
Not established: the connection dropped at the end of that session, cause unknown. ISO, shutter, white balance, recording and Wi-Fi were not tried.
Live view over the USB cable, in USB TETHER SHOOTING AUTO. Film simulation changes were accepted from the iPhone in the Monitor during hands-on testing.
Not established: other controls, Wi-Fi, other firmware and other USB modes.
Other Fujifilm cameras may work; FujiFlow only sends settings your camera lists itself.
